DanaO's Bread Baking Day - Recipe
Wednesday is my "Home Blessing" day in which I stay home all day and clean, do laundry, rearrange furniture, and bake bread. Last week I made an Egg bread in the bread machine, Hearthside Rye Muffins, and an Oatmeal Toasting and Sandwich bread by hand. The later was our favorite, so this week I decided to make it again.
Today I added walnuts (3/4 cup) and raisins (1 heaping cup), and it is out of this world. My nut and raisin amount is more than the recipe calls for, but we like our breads chock full.
