Dilly Bean Salad

1 lb small green beans, steamed tender-crisp, about 5 min.
2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
6 green onions, sliced, with some tops

Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Whisk dressing ingredients together, and add to the bean mixture, mixing well. Serve at room temperature for best flavor.
