(This recipe was on the menu/grocery list program dh got for me when we got our first computer - a Commodore 64 )

You can use any kind of fish for this.

Take any vegetables to your liking for example:
zucchini or summer squash
celery
broccoli
peas

But be sure to include:
Onions
Green peppers
and tomoatoes.

Chop up the vegetables - not too fine

Place half the veggies on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the fish on top of the veggies. Place the rest of the veggies on top of the fish. Season to taste (maybe some oregano, or lemon juice - no butter is needed).

Bake until fish is done (about 45 minutes depending on the size of the fish).

I like to serve this with rice. Some members of my family like to put the veggies and juices over the rice.
