Brazos River Oven Baked Fish

1 stick butter, melted
2/3 C. buttery flavored crackers, crushed
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Catch of the Day, cut into fillets

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together. Coat fish
thoroughly and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Yield: app. 1/2 cup coating mix.
