Renna's Cheesy Bread
I spread margerine/butter (I use an olive oil spread) on the bread, sprinkle it with garlic powder, then sprinkle it with parmesan cheese. I then cook it under the broiler. I grew up making it with just the margerine and garlic powder. I added the parmesan step later, with my own family. I generally try to plan spaghetti at times when we seem to have alot of bread which is beginning to get dry.
