Virtual Sefer Different Sweet Potato Pie

Sweet Potato Pie recipe"

2 large sweet potatoes(cooked and mashed) or 1 large can yams
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
dash cinnamon
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
Cream butter,sugar,eggs,add cinnamon, milk, and mashed potatoes. Bake at 4oo degrees for 15 minutes. Crumble topping over and bake another 15 minutes. Be careful topping doesn't burn.
Topping: 1 cup crushed corn flakes, 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3/4 stick of butter
