Colossal Cookies (her favorite)

No flour and her regular mixer will do all of this recipe:

Cream:
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 1/2 C. brown sugar

Blend in:
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Add:
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
18 oz. jar of crunchy peanut butter

Add:
6 C. dry oatmeal
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix well and drop by spoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork or fingers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes. Don't let them get too dark. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
Makes 75-80 cookies.
