Virtual Sefer Michele's Guacamole

I don't have a real recipe...
Mashed avacodo
very finely chopped onion
salt
pepper
granulated garlic (fresh is just too pungent)
lime juice
cilantro
a little cayenne
Everything is to taste, no real measuring
