Virtual Sefer Christmas 2003 - Sour Cream Spritz cookies

Sour Cream Spritz cookies
In one bowl, sift together:
2.75 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
.5 teaspoon salt
.25 teaspoon baking soda

In a lrge mixing bowl, cream together:
1 cup butter
.75 cup Sugar
Then beat in:
1 egg yolk
1/3 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Cream butter and sugar well. Beat in egg yolk, sour cream and vanilla.
Gradually blend in dry ingredients which have been sifted together.
Fill cookie press. Form cookies on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
