Christmas 2003 - Mary Ellen's Guacamole
I took ripe avocadoes and pitted them. I like to chop up the avocado 'flesh'. Then for each avocado I added a pinch of salt, .25-.5 t lemon juice, a dash of garlic powder, and drop or two of Tabasco Sauce. After mixing it all up I added a couple of tablespoons of chopped cilantro leaves. You could use more or less, or skip it all together, depending on your taste preferences.
