Virtual Sefer Christmas 2003

Beth's Cookies
Everything is to be brought to room temp.
1lb of butter (2 cups)
2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
4 cup flour (All Purpose)
5 cups oatmeal - ground after measuring
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
24 oz chocolat chip
1 1/2 cup peacans
Mix in order Cook at 375 for approx 10-13 minutes
Yeilds about 3 to 4 dozen
(You can make a dozen at a time and put the rest of the
dough in fridge and bake as needed, Just bring to room temp)
