Virtual Sefer Baked Potatoes on the Road

I have 3 insulated bags I carry in my car for groceries. I found another use, put hot baked potatoes in them. I took them straight from the oven and bundled them in a towel and stuffed them in the grocery bag and sealed. Four hours later, they were still too hot to handle! I put the butter, sour cream, cheese and meat in the cooler. Of course this is a stop by the side of the road meal...but hey, it is hot and gooooood. If you are in a hotel use your crockpot to roast the potatoes over night wrapped in foil.
