MACADAMIA TEA COOKIES
1 cup soft butter
1 cup whey protein Isolate -- vanilla
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup oat bran -- flour
2/3 cup Splenda
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Cream soft butter, shortening, Splenda; add egg and mix.
Add dry ingredients except nuts and blend well. Then add the nuts.
Drop by tsp on cookie sheet [try to get 50-60]
Bake at 350°F for 5-6 mins. or light brown.
Watch they don't get too brown.
If you made about 5 doz the carb. count per cookie is 1!!!!
