Cobbler
3-4 cups fruit if fresh cook in min. with 1 cup sweetener of choice

Melt 1 stick of butter in a 9x13 pan

Make a batter of:
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup sweetener of choice
3/4 cup milk
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix well and pour on top of butter . Pour fruit on top of batter top with cinnamon and sweetener...1/3 cup sweeten and 1 tsp cinnamon.
Bake at 350 for 45 min or so.

May use any fruit...If using canned fruit omit the first step.

If you want it regular use sugar and regular flour...but who would want too?
