Our mainstays are hard boiled eggs and fried chicken. I make both the night before we leave. We also take along some kielbasa, cheese and crackers for snacking. Lunch is usually made up of fresh made sandwhiches and chips. Soda is a must for everyone but me, I have to have water. If I run out of water it gets UGLY!
Depending on our destination, dinner might be whatever is leftover in the cooler. Usually, we have some type of fast food.Lisa
