Buy the puffed wheat cereal---in bulk of course! Then pour it into a bowl and add enough honey to moisten the cereal. Sprinkle with cinnamon or whatever you would like. Then bake on a cookie wheet covered in parchment paper, on about 250-300 until dry Say 15 mins or so--- Store in a cool dry place and enjoy!
