Ovenight Caramel French Toast
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 T. light corn syrup
12 slices WW bread
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. ground cinnamon (divided)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
Boil brown sugar, butter and corn syrup together. Pour into a greased 9x13
pan. Lay six slices on bread on top of syrup. Sprinkle with sugar and 1/2t.
cinnamon. Place remaining bread on top. In large bowl, mix together eggs,
milk, vanilla and remaining cinnamon. Pour over bread. Refrigerate
overnight. Let set out on counter 30 minutes before baking. Bake,
uncovered, at 350 degres for 30-35 minutes.
