Impossible Breakfast Pie
1lb. bulk sausage(or bacon or ham) 1 3/4C. milk
1/4C. chopped onion 4 eggs
1/4C. chopped gr. pepper(optional) 1C. Bisquick
2 1/2C. loose pack hash browns S & P to taste
1C. shredded cheddar
Heat oven to 400. Grease or spray 10" pie plate. Cook sausage, onion &
green pepper. Drain. Mix sausage, potatoes & cheese in pie plate(or bowl & put in pie plate) Stir remaining ingredients & pour over sausage mixture. Bake approx. 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 mins. before serving.
I don't know how this freezes but it is really good & fast. In a big rush I buy the hashbrowns that already have the onion & green pepper in them.
