2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1 small can chopped green chiles or green or red pepper(optional)
1 cup chicken or turkey, chopped (we like more)
2 cups grated cheese (we like more)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
10-12 corn tortias OR SMALL flour tortias (called snack
size around here)
Taco seasoning for taste if you likeIn a bowl mix soup, sour cream, chiles & meat. In another bowl, mix cheese and onion. Fill each tortilla with 1 tbsp. sauce mixture and 1 tbsp cheese mixture. Roll and place in 13x9" pan seam side down. Pour remaining sauce over top. Finish with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 min. at 375 degrees or 10 min. in microwave.
