Bridget's cheese grits

1t salt
6C water
1 1/2 C quick cooking grits
1lb Velveeta, cubed
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
3 eggs, beaten
1t season salt
2t Tobasco sause

Add salt to water and bring to a boil. Stir in grits and cook until thick (3 to 5 minutes). Add remaining ingredients and stir until all of the cheese is melted. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole (I'm using the pretty one I got as a wedding present with bright flowers on it). Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
