1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 1b. powdered sugar

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and butter. Press into 9x13 pan. Mix remaining
ingrediants and pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 min. Don`t over bake. May use a chocolate cake mix instead.
