Virtual Sefer Easy Cookies (Cake Mix)

Easy Cookies
This is an easy cookie recipe with many variations.
1 box cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 C. oil
Mix ingredients thoroughly. Make them any size you want. Bake at 350 degrees for about 11-12 minutes (depends on how chewy you want them). Normal size cookies will make about 25-30 cookies.
Variations:
Chocolate Chip Cookies--yellow or chocolate cake mix plus chocolate chips and nuts
Lemon Cookies--lemon cake mix
Strawberry Cookies--strawberry cake mix
Note: You can basically use any type of cake mix and add any ingredients you want -- examples: chocolate chips, nuts, M&Ms, little candies, etc. . This allows you to make different colored cookies for parties, showers, etc. . (The chocolate, chocolate chip, lemon and strawberry cookies are wonderful!)
