
Robin's Salsa

Salsa 6 lbs. tom. (about 12 large)
1 lb. onionx (about 2 large)
1 lb. gr. peppers (about 2 large)
1 large red pepper
1 1/2 cups distilled white vinegar
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard powder
2 tsp. sugar or so.
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepperPeel and chop tom. , chop onions and peppers. Add all ingrediants and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 1 hour or until thick. Stir frquently. Process in water bath 10 minutes.
My note. I use hot peppers instead of crushed pepper and add more cumin, chili powder etc. for our taste.
