Easy Red Beans and Rice

6 cans of red beans, drained and rinsed
3-4oz cans of green chilies
1 1/2 C. chopped onions
1 1/2 C. water
3/4 C. cocktail sauce
3/4 C. molasses
3 Tbs. chili powder
3 Tbs. cider vinegar (I have used whit in a pinch and it is fine)
6 tsp. soy sauce

8 C. cooked rice

Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Cook over med. to low heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened and bubbly. Serve over rice.

This is an easy fun meal. Serve with some salad and blue corn chips on the side and what a meal!
