Candace's YUMMY curry chicken marinade
In a blender, place:
1/2 c yoghurt (plain)
1/2 bunch of cilantro leaves, ripped a bit
heaping t curry powder
1 t garam masala
1/2 t minced, dehydrated garlic or garlic granules
1 t salt
Pour over chicken breasts in a glass dish or ziploc bag.
Marinate chicken breasts overnight for best results. Spray your grill to w/nonstick spray, and grill. Serve with saffron rice! YUMMY!!
This is slightly modified from a Penzey's recipe - they called for some sweet curry powder and some hot, but I just have regular. Actually, they called for drummies instead of breasts, but we only eat chicken breasts.
