Virtual Sefer Oil (sort of) Soap Paint

For each color:
1 Tbs. powdered tempera paint
1 Tbs. dishwashing soap
***Mix the above ingredients together until evenly blended***
This concoction has the feel of oil paint - the colors go on smoothly
and can be blended together right on the paper...
