Egg Salad
10 boiled eggs
chopped onion to suit taste (1/2 cup)
salt and pepper
mayonnaise

Chop boiled eggs in bowl. Add fresh chopped onions, salt and pepper. Stir in mayonnaise (not salad dressing) to desired consistency.
Yield: 6 servings
