Virtual Sefer SnowCream

Recipe 1.
Open one can of sweetened condensed milk. Stir in lots of snow until ice-milk consistency. Set for an hour or so in freezer(or outside if it is cold enough!) .
Recipe 2.
Beat together in a chilled bowl: 1 cup sifted confectioner sugar
1 cup heavy cream and 1.25 tsp
of vanilla. Stir in enough snow until it's a smooth consistency.
