Pumpkin Muffins

2 cups flour (I use whole soft white wheat - if you use hard wheat, you might want to do half and half whith white)
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie spice (or cinnamon)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup fructose, sucanat, or sugar
1/3 cup oil (sometimes I made it with 1/4 cup or less)
1/3 cup molasses
1/3 cup nonfat yogurt
1 large egg
1/2 - 1 cup chopped walnuts

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Mix all the wet in another larger bowl. Put the dry into the wet and stir tll barely mixed. Add nuts. Put in muffin tin and bake 20 minutes at 350 or till done. Makes 12.
